أكدت إذاعتنا أن 273 أسيرًا دخلوا في شهر أغسطس/آب أعوامًا جديدة داخل سجون الاحتلال.

وأوضحت الإذاعة أن من بين الأسرى الذين دخلوا أعوامًا جديدة 43 أسيرًا محكومين بالسجن المؤبد مدى الحياة، و10 أسرى محكومين بالسجن ما يزيد عن 30 عامًا، و26 أسيرًا محكومًا ما يزيد عن 20 عامًا، و63 أسيرًا محكومًا ما يزيد عن عشرة أعوام وخمسة أسرى محكومين أقل من عشرة أعوام، و126 أسيرًا مازالوا موقوفين ينتظرون المحاكمة.

وبينت الإذاعة أن من بين الأسرى كذلك 26 أسيراً من مدينة القدس المحتلة، وثلاثة أسرى من الداخل المحتل عام 1948، و 25 أسيراً من قطاع غزة، و219 أسيراً من الضفة الغربية المحتلة.

وشهد شهر أغسطس انتصار الأسير بلال كايد (35 عامًا) من بلدة عصيرة الشمالية قضاء مدينة نابلس، بعد خوضه معركة الكرامة لأكثر من شهرين احتجاجًا على تحويله للاعتقال الإداري بعد أن أنهى فترة محكوميته البالغة 14عامًا ونصف، وانتصار الأسير عياد الهريمي بعد خوضه إضراب عن الطعام لمدة فاقت 45 يومًا.

كما شهد الشهر إضراب الأسرى مالك القاضي، ومحمد ومحمود البلبول الذين ما زالوا متواصلين في إضرابهم الفتوح عن الطعام احتجاجًا على اعتقالهم الإداري.

من جانبها طالبت إذاعة الأسرى وعلى لسان مديرها الأسير المحرر طارق عزالدين كافة المؤسسات الدولية والحقوقية ذات العلاقة بضرورة تحمل مسؤولياتها اتجاه قضية الأسرى والتي تمر بمرحلة خطيرة من التصعيد والتنكيل على أكثر من جانب.

وبين عزالدين أن إدارة سجون الاحتلال مازالت تمارس سياستها القديمة الجديدة بحق الأسرى من إهمال طبي وعزل انفرادي ومنع ذويهم من زيارتهم وفرض الغرامات المالية عليهم .

وأضاف عزالدين أن سياسة الاعتقال الإداري الجائرة والتجديد للأسرى باستمرار احتجازهم دون أي مبرر هو انتهاك فاضح للقوانين الدولية والتي تنص على تحريم وتجريم مثل هذه الممارسات, مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الإجراءات تفتح أبوابًا كثيرة من المواجه مع السجان في ظل استمرار معركة الكرامة التي يخوضها عدد من الأسرى. 

Asra Voice Radio confirmed that 273 Palestinian prisoners start new years of captivity and oppression inside the Israeli Jails during the month of August.

The radio showed that among these prisoners, a number of 43 Palestinian prisoners are sentenced to life imprisonment while 10 prisoners are sentenced to more than 30 years  of imprison in addition to 26 prisoners are sentenced to more than 20 years in prison, 63 prisoners are sentenced to more than 10 years of imprisonment, 5 prisoners are sentenced to less than 10 years of imprisonment and 126 prisoners are detained waiting for trials.

The radio stated that among these prisoners, there were 26 prisoners are from the occupied Jerusalem, 3 are from the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, 25 are from the Gaza Strip and 219 are from the occupied West Bank.

The month of July witnessed the start  of hunger strike  Belal Kaid( 35 years old) from Nablus, winning the battle of protesting the  administrative detention after He has finished his 14-year-old and a half sentence. It’s worth mentioning that his hunger strike lasted for more than 2 months.

From his part, the ex-prisoner Tarek Izz Eldeen, the general director for Asra Voice Radio, calls all of the human right agencies to stand together towards their responsibilities for the prisoners’ humanitarian cases and issues, in particular these days that witnessing escalation with a high scale of torturing and maltreatment from different sides.

Izz Eldeen exposed that the occupation administration of prisons is still practicing the new-old policy against the prisoners from medical neglect, confinement, preventing their relatives from visiting them and imposing financial fine.

Ezzedine went on saying “ The policy of administrative detention and unfair renewal of detention for prisoners detained without any justification is a flagrant violation of international law, which assure about  the prohibition and criminalization of such practices, pointing out that these procedures irritate prisoners against jailers in the light of the continuing battle of dignity, in which a number of prisoners is waging nowadays.
